How To Set Up Hha Bow Sight

I simply purchased my starting time hha sight. Was it suppose to take extra set upwardly tapes in the package? Thanks guys

HHA makes quite a few different sights but last few I've bought did.

I purchased the 5519 optimizer calorie-free. I simply spoke to hha they are sending me a few extra set upward tapes. Next question how tin can u accurately place the ready tape on the dial? Do you slide the slider all the fashion downwardly to the bottom and line the 0 on the tape with the slider?

The easiest way to do it is to sight in the pin at 10 or xx yards before y'all fifty-fifty put the setup tape downward. Since the HHA doesn't really have any vertical adjustment, if you lot simply slid the slider all the fashion to the bottom, it may be nowhere close to being on target for your setup. Meaning, your kickoff shot could be very depression on target.

Get and get it in the ballpark get-go, then put the tape downward and follow the instructions.

And as a rule of thumb, if you have no thought where to start with the sight, if you will set the pin and then that its roughly 1-1.5" beneath your peep sight on a parallel plane, it will be pretty close on target.

Someday I setup a new bow, and become the peep set for the shooter, if I use that method with the sight, the first shot is generally pretty close.
